Description: The VMC Symposium website is the digital complement to the Verna Miller Case Research and Creative Works Symposium, which began in 2017 as the Alenda Lux: Symposium to share student work. The website houses schedule and program information, more about the symposium, and a place to submit projects and posters. This symposium was a dream for many years of biology professor, founding director of the CTL, and first Associate Dean of Faculty, Dr. Verna Miller Case. The symposium now exists as a space to showcase all of the research, learning, and creative work done by Davidson students, with 900+ students across all disciplines participating in 2019.
